Is everyone getting the error on Vista Ultimate?

Nope...not just on Ultimate. I have Vista64 Home Premium, and I do have a MSI motherboard. However, a fresh os install fixed my issue. However, the application obviously has a problem that needs to be addressed. It didn't like something on my pc before the fresh install...and I keep a pretty clean install. There are quite a few people with the immediate crash and error message.

Yep...thats the exact error message I got on Vista64 Home Premium. I reinstalled the os, and it fixed it. Though some have reinstalled the os, and it didn't fix it from what I have read.

I need everyone to post their DXDIAG please. I need to find the common ground between you guys on this crash, in order to isolate the cause. I have a Vista Ultimate machine, and I do not experience the crash.
