I have commented on this thread a few times, and I am starting to swing towards many of the nom's should just be disregarded in regards to the trophy. It would be a shame for all the people that are really working on gathering them all, but it just seems that too many of the noms are less of a personal achievement, and more of a perfect moment perfect luck issue, or a team up to complete it issue.
Of course if it turns out that the nom de guerre aren't necessary for the relevant trophies, then all our problems will be solved after a rather long ammount of time. Otherwise there will still be an aweful lot of people having to find a lot of people and schedule a meeting online to not play the game but to screw around.
The leaderboards were a bad choice in the first place, and now that they have been abused, we won't see the nom in any appropriate way.
You have to darn near fill up a competitive room with people that don't want to kill each other to get a few others.
As well as noms that require the organization of 1000's of players (faction names) to work together and get trophies. It is impossible to sway the faction battle alone, or with a group even if you get lucky enough to be in the same match time after time.
Having the nom require a faction winning all three battles in a week, multiple times is just wrong. The players haven't really done a lot towards that goal, they were just lucky with which faction they picked.
Quite unfortunately, the noms just ended up over the top and aren't helping us enjoy the game. Many people are just grinding out this pathetic challenge and wasting time for people that happen to end up in the same game.
