The only time I really couldn't retaliate was when I got caught in a cross fire between two machine gunners. I didn't really had a way out anyway. On 1 on 1 you aren't really locked, you can move between the hits.

As for the lobby thing, It's really frustrating yes, but keep in mind it's just a demo, I can't believe that it'll be like that in the final game. I'm not worried.

Don't ask for full development when you're given a free demo :)

The lobby system will probably be much more polished in the final version; who knows how old the code is that the demo is using?

I know its been said, but I just have to reiterate it. In fact, I had to create an account on this board for the sole purpose of saying this! :)

PLEASE fix the lobby system and have a post-match lobby!!!

I am continually amazed when some games choose not to do this. On XBox Live for the original XBox, the actual INSTALLATION DISK for Live came with the MP demo for MotoGP. That game had a better lobby than many games made now, 4+ years later!!

Please do not drop us to a main menu or anything after a match. I think the demo is really fun in a match and I'd love to see this game do well.

... But I will never buy another game that does not have a post-game lobby. It is just too annoying to me in the long run.

From what I have played of the demo, if there is a post-game lobby and the ability to relaunch a new game, I will be buying this day one and trying to get as many friends as possible to buy it!

Please please please...  :)

I agree!! Yes it is a demo, other demos have real lobbby's. F.E.A.R. that recently came out does not have a post lobby and the developers have said they have no intention in making/patching one. COD3 is the most famous case of no post-lobby's that was only patched (months later) after outcry from the community.

So far the demo is pretty fun but I also have a few complaints:
-I would really like a lobby that you can stay in game after game.
-To see how many players are in a game before you join.
-Able to invite friends.
-I really hate where when you're getting shot you can't do anything about it.  You guy just stands there spazzing out until you die.
-The VS seem really underpowered.  I shot a missile directly at someone and they just stood back up and killed me with a michine gun.
-More distinguishable teams.  It is very hard to tell the teams apart especially from a distance.  I've gotten killed by too many team mates.
-A lower theremal energy counter.  It seems like this game could turn into a camping game.  A lower thermal energy counter would make people not stay in one place for a long time just sniping.  It should also be like in story mode where when you kill someone you can pick up more thermal energy.
-Some of the weapons seem unbalanced and it shouldn't take so many hits to kill someone. (at least in the deathmatch mode)
-Maybe clan support.

So far the demo is pretty good but if Capcom could fix this it would be great!

I'm hoping the lobby system is improved in the final released as almost everyone here is complaining about it.  Secondly though, I don't know what was done with the aiming in the MP demo but it is far changed from the SP demo.  The SP demo did aiming well, but in the MP demo there is something different about it that makes it pretty hard to land a shot.  I don't know if it's too slow or wjhat, but it does seem very different.

Other than that I did'nt have much problems.

Hi Guys, just signed up to leave some feedback on the demo! It seems like it's going to be a lot of fun. Here are some things i would like to see implemented in the final version:

- I never noticed this but can you tell you connection strength to a match before you join? If you can that's cool....but if not it should be added.

- I really hope they allow players to join a match that's already in progress. This is so much better for player matches when you wanna jump in a fight right away. No waiting for matches to fillup. Plus it will also help people who are currently playing when people on their team drop for what ever reason so the teams do not get unbalanced in the middle of game play.

- seems like i can't do much when i'm getting shot. This is kind of annoying.

- Better Sniper Rifle/Machine gun sounds please! They sound kinda wimpy.

Good demo over all though!

You can change the aim speed in the options menu. I put it on 7 and it was better. Imo, Capcom should change the default for this to a higher number... i think the default is 4. Everyone agrees on this complaint from what i've heard in-game that it's too slow and then we tell them to change in the menu

I had just one problem with the grappling hook, I was about to fall from a ledge and it automatically attached itself to it. Nice, but I was hanging in midair. I saw I could go up and down the line, but I didn't find a way to free myself so that I could jump down.
I was a big target.
It happened to me two or three times and got killed every time before I could get down.

You press the X button to disengage the wire and jump down. You can also disengage while you are jumping up or across, so you can drop down into an area rather than jumping on top.

And when you go all the way up to the end of the wire, press the A button to jump back up.

Especially in the Dilapidation map, you can hook into the under side of certain floors and hang there and wait for unsuspecting passer-bys. You can still shoot and throw grenades while you are there. You can go up/down to dodge, or just press the X button to drop down.

Your other points are valid, and we are listening.

I only got in a VS once, but I wasn't able to kill anyone as one guy shot me with an energy gun or something and I just kind of fell out of my VS... I wasn't dead so how did I get knocked out?

You can be knocked out of a VS by certain weapons. It's part of the balancing of the game.

Also, you will eject from a VS automatically if you run out of Thermal Energy. You also won't be able to use weapons like the VS lasers and the human energy rifle when you run out of T-Eng.
