Like what Spryo 59 said, "easier said than done." Belive me, I've tried rolling even when I thought I had perfect timing too...those things have insane homing though o_O.


 




Rolling rocket 2 is not hard if you know it is coming.





You make it sound like everything is not hard. Nobody's perfect ya know. Surprised


I can dodge them with roll, but not enough to where I can at a constant. Shooting them is easier, and it gets them a nice explosion in their face sometimes. Wink


Also this just goes for all rockets in general, if someone shoots me with a rocket and I manage to get out safely, I could counter by shooting the rockets there after if I knew they were coming.

This isn't completely confirmed yet, but I think the Pile Bunker got nerfed. It does less damage now which makes no sense....it's a freaking giant pawnch of doom!

I gotta check it again tomorrow, but I could had sworn i only have two grenades in my Rocket Launcher SP instead of three now.

My MegaMan preference for MVC3 would had been Starforce, but yeah sure, I'll jump on this bandwagon, if X does indeed get in as DLC, there better be gamers playing as him or else this would had been a waste of time and missed opportunity for another Capcom Character...

This is comparing to fighting VS's; I dunno about standard VS's, but the more durable ones like Cakti take more shots with it, and the hardballer takes 2 shots with it instead of 1 now.

Personally, I prefer to jump over them. They target your body, so jumping just makes them soar under you and away unlike normal rockets which can land at your feet and dish out some nasty splash damage.

The Energy Gun SP seems to be able to 3 hit an opponent now. Shurikens have been nerfed, shooting them will make them detonate instantly now. Gun Sword seems to have less of a dark orange trail, it looks very light now. Machine Gun II has a slight increase of rate of fire. This is just some items I have found. Also the Rocket Launcher II seems to do less damage as well. Just somethings I reckon has been nerfed.

I still don't see why people say energy gun's and rocket launcher II is so overpowered. Roll RIGHT before it hits you, keep practicing and eventually you will get it right. If you want to have a private session of practising add my psn name-Lostplanetftw1

I don't see many people use the Rocket Luancher II yet anyway, and that is practically what I do, in fact that is how all things are dodged with the dodge roll, rolling RIGHT before something is about to hit you, I can do it sometimes just not at constant rate.


Also it seems like the energy grenades got a buff as well.
