this staven guy or whatever sounds like one of those guys who cheated lol.... if its so easy for you... youll just do it again wont you... its easy to say blah blah about trophies etc when you got the title already.... but you know for a fact if you couldnt break these times and that 1 name cost you 2 trophies and a platinum for ps3 youd be pissed.... BTW IVE WAITED SINCE LAST SUMMER FOR THIS SO SPEAK FOR YOURSELF.... assumptions is the mother of all f ups

I'm here to give my vote to this too. I'm sick of trying about 5 hours or more different stages on trial without getting the Number 1 Nom de Guerre :(

 

The best position I reach was #5 at 3-5, but I can't beat that 30.000 at this time. Seriously, this is not good. An achievement should be able to be unlocked even if you bought the game day 1 or 1 year later. Every hour that the clock is ticking, this achievement is getting harder.

 

This is insane Capcom. I like the hard achivements, the REALLY hard achievements, but this is reaching the imposibility. Please, review that system and refresh the leaderboards weekly or something else because there will be a moment where anyone will get that.

 As far as I know it locks out the collect all items part of one of the achievements/trophies.

Actually if I remmber correctly if you don't get the title you can only get 850 gamer score. There is the Collector's Collector for 50 and then committed 'till the end for 100. 

Has anyone ever checked out the leaderboards on Modern Warfare 2?  There is some serious hacking going on there!  The leader in accuracy has like 2 billion percent accuracy! Over time, the leaderboards on LP2 will be hacked and every legit player will be shut out from 100% completion from then on.

That's why we need to branch the leaderboards into monthly and overall rankings.

 That is definiitely on the xbox lists.  PS3 doesn't have Collector's Collector as far as lists are concerned, but it has the platinum which roughly requires, earn everything.

 Okay, so it does lock out 2 achievements and 2 trophies.  It is also still the leading reason why people won't have a shot at gamerscore/trophy completion on the game.  At first most of the very fast times were just amazing, but yeah, some of the times are getting unbelievable.

 Leaderboards just always get that way so fast.  Since most of the time leaderboards won't be reset even if they are covered with times posted by game abusing methods, something will have to be done to make these two titles better.

 Not to mention still, adding the monthly leaderboards will give people competitive goals that challenge them.  It will be a great challenge to see if you can beat out the other people.  It will always give new players something to see how they match up.

 Additional leaderboards that reset/refresh at a regular time interval will be a nice addition as well as give people a way to complete their trophy hunting.
