can someone give me an email or support number or anything because when i signed onto xbox live today i put in my beta code and it said it has already been redemeed
Yeah, its complete and utter BS. I am having the same issue myself, I grabbed the code off the email, put it in, and I'm getting the "This code has already been redeemed, please put a new code in". I come on here to check if there's a support email with the code and there isn't. Double checked my code, same thing i put in. Good job who ever is handling the codes, cause you should get fired. I'll take back that last bit though, if the issue the poster above me mentioned is the reason why I can't redeem the code.

For those who didn't get a code, hopefully the will release some more. But to be fair, no one said their were an unlimited amout of codes; secondly once news of early access was released there has a huge influx of new members. Its a first come, first serve basis. I can understand your fustration but don't start bashing the site. Capcom is probably trying to promote Unity and that is why is 1 reason why. But the main reason was to reward Unity members who been involved w/ the feedback process. They didn't have to give early access at all. Now to those having problem, man, all i can say is hopefully Capcom will provide a resolution.

lost_planet on twitter is now saying that codes will be given out "soon," but unfortunately it's really not clear if you're supposed to get them through their twitter/facebook pages, or at the same spot we've all been trying for 24 hours. i'm gonna go play something else while i wait, but i guess i'm gonna have to be a page refreshing fool for a little longer. if there is a meaningful update from the twitter feed, i will let you guys know in this thread.

The process was to create an account for Unity then register your email on lostplanetcommunity.com. We the codes were ready, Snow advised you had to go back to lostplanetcommunity.com to select your system and you got the code then and it was also emailed to you.
