im sick of everyone ranting and getting mad at capcom for this. its their first xbl game so its probualy hard to make it completely perfect without errors. besides they also have many other games they are working on right now and sorry to say it but fixing lost planet isn't their main concern. yes i too want a patch. i have the pc and 360 version and both need fixing but all you can do is wait. besides they have already said they are testing it. just chill out and wait it has been awhile but it should be here soon.

No doubt!.. truthfully, thats the only thing keeping me to this game anymore... once something else comes out that has a decent multiplayer experience.. I cant see myself messing with LP.. that is if it still hasnt been fixed.

Hell, I even went and bought Battlefield 2 for $30.. i know its a year old, but with the dedicated servers.. when you shoot someone. They DIE.

Seems really harsh. It's the truth, though. How can people truly tell who is more skilled at this game if people are lagging? I know I played a match with hulot and Irie yesterday and four of us surrounded this guy and were firing everything at him. I mean we were right in his face! He just kept running around and he finally disappeared. This causes several problems, including the fact that while you're trying so hard to kill one guy, it's diverting your attention from other things you could be doing to help your team out. I just wish this game played like it did when the demo first came out. I never knew an online MP could run so smooth! Now it's just a shadow of its former self.

MP was a big reason why Lost Planet was one of my favorite 360 games. It's the best MP game I've ever played. Now it's basically gone. I'd understand if the MP was tacked on like it was with The Darkness, but it wasn't. It was just as much a part of the game as the SP was. And it's the main draw when you finish SP and all the achievements.

It is Capcom's first real attempt at something like this and I have to say they did a real good job. I just hope they can learn from their mistakes so they do better in future titles.

I only really play this for clan matches now, which even those don't alway go smoothly. I can wait for the patch. I just hope it works. Until then, I have plenty of games to look forward to. I'm getting Blue Dragon for sure and maybe even Bioshock. Two Worlds might be good, too. We'll see.
