some people like apples while others like bananas. i play LP2 almost every night now ever since I got the game. i still dont agree wth gamespot and ign. their score is waaaaay off. i think people who are afraid to get this game will miss out. this is one of those rare games that was heavily underated but loved by many. it  didn't get the attention that it deserves. i have stopped MW2 and Bad company 2 just for this game, but will come back to it once in a while now. LP2 is the new chick in the corner . Game sites see it as a hooker while we see it as 'pretty woman'.

to answer the dude who wants to know why people play this game by themselves. that's because they're evil. evil people dont have friends.

I play it by myself cuz 95 percent of the people I get when I search are just concerned about farming boxes, and gun swording their way to victory which does not work on extreme. Also, the AI are more intelligent than 90 percent of the people that join my game, at least they stick together, and actually kill things from a distance, rather than charging in like a half brained chipmunk.

It`s hard not to like at LP2 thru prism of LP1. I used to a situation when everybody has same weapons and abilities. I wrote : ..."we`ll see it soon", cause maybe when i`ll forget LP1 i`ll enjoy new situation that we have now in LP2. However i`doubt if i`ll ever used to invisibility mode... . I didn`t finish campaign yet. Not cause i couldn`t. I want to taste it like delicacies. And enjoy it for a long time, without a rush. But i want to play online and have equal chances. Of course i don`t have it without unlocked weapons and abilities. My first impression is that there is to many ideas in. Just like to many infinite weapons. But like i said before, will make my own LP2 review in few weeks, to be more objective. Now it`s like : WOW and WTF ?

I just use a grenade to destroy the big group of akrid or humans and then I just go running to them confetti shotgunning them, sniping, or swording. When I sword I just shoot and slash.

I don't know how well it's selling, but K-mart is already dropping it down to $39.99.

Well, the $40 price tag just convinced one friend to buy it. Thanks for the info.

Now I shall have a Marcus to complement my Dom.

If anyone could post a link to current sells numbers (US, Europe, and Japan) I would greatly appreciate it.

Well I haven't found American or European, but it's currently the top seller in Japan, already moving 85,000 copies for PS3 and 34,000 for 360.

So, Japan (Capcom's HQ, of course) loves it. America on the other hand, well... Some retail stores are already slashing its price while games released in January are still selling for a full $60. So I assume it's below expectations.
