There is the occasional error that one of my friends does get though, where they get the message, "The match has been cancelled", but probably more related to lag, and nothing that a quick retry wouldn't fix.



Lost Planet is the only game that gives me problems being host or connecting to a game. All other games i have allow me to be host or connect to games right away. I do get the messege "the match has been cancelled" all the time with other error notes. It just seems annoying that i have to go out to the lobby and find another game. One time it took an hour to actually find someone with a good connection that i could play with. I think that it would be better if they just automatically connect you with someone that you can connect to like other games do.

i dont have any gripes.. i played it over and over for about 5 hours looking for anything seriously wrong.... the AI is probably the only thing i can think of.. but then again i killed the thing alone. and possibly grenades blowing up on nothing and killing me when i'm not even close

I enjoyed it a whole bunch. Can't quite put my finger on it, but it does seem a bit buggy, like it isn't  complete just yet, but I'm sure that's being worked on. Just a couple of collision issues really. Overall, it's pretty solid.


9/10 easily.

Anyone notice that with the GTF-10 (regular VS without hover/dash), you have a tough time getting out of the VS? There seems to be like a 3-5 second delay trying to get out, whereas with the GTF-11 (regular VS with hover/dash), you can get out very quickly.

Some collision issues and it seems like the way my fellow players moved was a bit buggy. That's the only bad stuff I really noticed, so if this gets fixed this is an insta-buy Laughing


 


Oh, and I would like to switch my character to the right side of the screen. Would be more balanced for MP.

The salamander akrid can eat you even if your in a cave, or that hanger. You seem to just teleport into its mouth.


AI so far has never got into a mech with me (side guns), or used one by itself.

Bad:



1.Problem: No stamina


What: You run until your guy stops, right when he stops just run again. He can run as far as he did the first time!


Solutions: Make it so we can run forever or so we have stamina


2.Problem: The Inside of Sir Nom Nom doesn't look too god in my opinion.


What: The Water or whatever it is and the hole that's behind you when you enter trough he's mouth don't look good


Solutions:Make the Water inside of him or whatever it is and the hole more "real"


3.Problem: The VS's take too much time to exit.


What: You press B and then you press it again, and you're guy still takes like 3-5 more seconds before he reacts to the commands.


Solutions: Make him react to commands instantly so he exits the VS when you double tap B, and not 5 seconds later when the Sir Nom Nom is already eating me.

I've found just holding down B will take you out immediatly.


Did anyone see the Third character's melee? He has the laser bayonet and it is AWESOME!


I also noticed active Data Posts slowly regen your T-Eng and Health while you are next to them.


Buster Grenades are awesome!


EDIT: I Know you can throw grenades from the "Brawler" VS's, but how do you dash in them?
