we have been playing lost planet for a long time right Snow ^.^ and we boath know that balance in the game is realy important. well as long that is maintained and the game argitectual structure isnt disrupted you will have my blessing. but please be carefull with the greenery we dont want to play hide and seek to mush.


 


levels like (the old version with the tree's) ruins area 921 crossfire city lost coast crimson river and some other gave the game a great feel of playabilety sins there are not to many nor to few places to hide


the game looks at least as in 2 years in development and im guessing in a 2 more years of development to go so mush can still happen.


 


things i loved:


the carry on shield. (this will bring comunication in the game!)


the multy persone VS


The music (this still compliments the game!)


The HUGE Akrits ^.^ (do they have a weakspot for masive damage to? hehehe just kidding ^.-)


the fact you now can klimb them


 


things that made me Hmmmm:


not enough open earya's...


petrol propeled helicopters?.....


muddy colours...


less midle size akrits? (i have not seen any. but it doesnt meen they are not there)


no effect from the water current on the player?


 


well that was it Snow. and ill see you soon once again on colonies

Hello,


I noticed in the one scene there are torches. Does this make sense given the story line? I’m gathering that the entire planet isn’t thawed yet which may make any wood or fiber valuable, perhaps too valuable to just burn. Also, I would think twice about simply burning T-Eng when I actually have to take a bug down to get some. Perhaps T-Eng in a transparent container to throw some light would be more true to the story (and would make for an interesting BOOM when hit or grabbed from the stand and thrown).

Some things I noticed...


1. The movable shield was a great idea and reminds me of Tribes.


2. I love the boats and helicopter, but can we use them?


3. The gameplay looks different, I hope it doesn't play different. 


4. Graphics seem like night and day compared to old verision.

So far, I have very high hopes for this game. A lot of the things that I wished were in the first game are in.


Things I saw that I liked were:                                                                                                                            > Passengers on the VS. I hope they can put those "stirrups" on as many VS's as possible. That looked awesome. Opened up a whole new aspect of teamwork that I really felt the t EC was lacking. The 3 person VS with gunners was also seriously bad-ass


>Deployable shield. As I said above, encourages teamwork. Just be carefull how powerful it is. It should stop bullets and grenades, not Rolling Godons( Big rolly polly Akrid, first boss).


> More vehicle variety. I really hope that we'll be able to use helicopters and boats in multiplayer. I hope that there are different models, like the VS's. Transport and combat focused helis/ boats would be prefered. ( If there are only inflatable little boats like in the trailer in the final game, I will cry)

ever from the start from the trailer to the end of it it seems you are playing the co-up mode. so this meens the co-up is in lan/online mode? i do hope it suports 2 players on 1 screen online play. this would make it even more interesting for some gamers that have famely or friends arount that dont own or have the game.


PS did any one know how to fix the "one famely and more than 1 360 online problem" more than once (and i have this problem to) when a fameli has more than one 360 in their home and want to play the same game online at the same time one of the 360 will get kicked out when an other sighns in. what is making this happen? (and does capcom know about it or do they know how to fix it?)

You need to access you router Options and Set up two different IP adresses and make sure you router set to open on all ports

The begining looked like the infamous E3 Killzone 2 demo Tongue out (riding in on a ship, other ships getting shot down, unload the landing craft as a squad) lol


all good tho.. Overall it looks pretty sick. I cant wait to play it.. and to think, now with the party chat, I dont have to listen to 13 yr old mofos yelling in my ear.

I wonder what those backpacks are with the four pods sticking out of them are.  Maybe mobile data posts, so they always have radar around them?  Or perhaps a flying mechanism?  This just popped in my head, too.  Maybe it's different canisters that can be switched so an energy weapon can have different kinds of shots?  This is fun!
