I new i should not have blown my wad so early. no if i can only sweet talk the wife into letting me get one or atleast the HDD.......i talked her into 2 but i don't think i can get her talked into a third one. i can see if i can sell my old one for a good price and get the black elite one...if the gaming gods are with me like they were with battle i will have the ELITE

i think its safe to say i wont have an elite til after marriage :rolleyes: i just dont have the money, that tv was my last toy for awhile. and im in desparate need of a new job... im running out of options

you could always W-h-o-r-e yourself nub! ;) ... I know its a change from rockets and hardballers, but in a way you could be dealing with a diffrent set of hardballs and a rocket... jokes aside.. I hope you find a new job, I know how hard it can be (no pun intended)
Chaser maybe you could warranty the new xbox, and just pay the diffrence to get the new model.. convince them that this model is supposed to be more reliable..and youre sick of having to exchange it. worked for me when Dish Network came out with the newer version of thier High Def Reciever.
