Anyway, I never finished The Darkness. I rented it, got to the light house, then had to return it. That game is great, too. I had never been into a game like that in awhile. I was just like wow. I lol'd at the legless German skeleton that sits in the train in the dark world. :D

And Halo 3 is starting to sound more and more worth of the purchase. The Forge editor sounds really good. If anything, I'll play the online for awhile and see how the other players are. If things get too bad, I'll strictly play clan matches and matches with friends. Whether or not ANBU forms a clan on Halo 3 or not is beyond me, but I'm sure I'll have some people to do that with.

Well looks like we'll be adding Twist to the roster, (BioOptic from back in the Euphoric days).. if no one on the team has any objections.. he mentioned he'll be playin Halo 3.. im sure a few others on the team will be as well.

Yay, true widescreen patch for Bioshock (not the letterboxed version that we have right now, cheap Irrational:mad:). Anyways, it's definitely a good game and Lucent brought up some great points, but it definitely doesn't deserve the raving reviews. It's very much a console-ish pickup & play type of game, and seems to have lost some of the depth and much of the difficulty of System Shock 2.

Playing on hard, I just wish they hadn't decided to go with the penalty-free infinite respawn system. There's actually no difficulty...but aside from that, the game is simply fun and has a great atmosphere. In fact, it's probably most like what Myst would have been like with guns and drugged up lunatics.

Yeah, you're talking aboot Team Fortress 2 and COD4, right? I think with all the things they're throwing into Halo 3, it'll be good despite there being no class types. I like the fact that they're making Heroic and Legendary harder than before and throwing in more enemies. I was kind of worried that the game would be a breeze with a Spartan and three Elites just kick'n ***.

I submit of course, the dark side is too alluring ;)  Well the Euphoric thing sort of fell off the face of the earth after awhile and my interest in LP and clans waned over the summer but considering all the new team-based games coming out this fall, I'd join; but what with balancing college and work, I won't be able to commit to except maybe the weekends; still, I don't need to be in the clan to play with you guys right?:p

The comment about Blue Dragon being irrelevant if it came out on the PS2 is particularly poignant. Makes me wish my PS2 hadn't broken down recently; PERSONA 3, I want to play you.

They can go to hell. lol. I'm getting Blue Dragon regardless. And I still have a slim PS2 that has yet to fail me. There are a lot of RPGs on it I've never played. I still have to finish Dragon Quest VIII and I haven't even bought Disgaea 2, FFXII or Rogue Galaxy yet. I've always got something to do. :rolleyes:

EDIT: Oh yeah, I never registered for the COD4 beta because the site never worked when they were doing that, so I never bothered trying. Guess I still have a chance to get a beta token this monday, though. Didn't realize it was that close.
