Hey guys! Great theories.. Here are some things that I have noticed...

-When Luka and Rick set the posts up and everything, if you take a close look to the surroundings you'll notice that they are in the Snow Plains (where you cross paths with the giant worm). In the final scene before the credits you can see the huge building that was a NEVEC or Snow Pirate base and further down you can see the building where you first met and fought Basil.

-I took a look at the map that shows when you select your missions. I looked at the location of the Snow Plains compared to the Orbital Elevator and they are fairly close.

-My theory is that I think there may be a good chance that Joe could have rescued Wayne OR that his harmonizer healed him from his wounds, even though he lost his memory. Either way, it never shows that he lost consciouness. I am sure youd look for shelter whether you have your memory or lost it, so I would say he survived and took refuge in the old NEVEC or Snow Pirate base in the Snow Plains. Then when he saw what Rick and Luka were doing, not knowing what was going on, he went out of the base to investigate the events and found them. Then when Luka asks him Are you? and with his answer, he may not even remember his name anymore, plus I dont know how I would respond to that question, lol!
