Yea, but which is more important?.............I guess realistically voting the idiot out of your game, would have a greater affect in your life. anyways, i dont want to throw the thead off track, it was only meant to be a joke, but the fact remains. Vote systems for booting someone in a game does not work.

Well, you only stated that vote banning doesn't work, and in Left 4 Dead it works beautifully. Plus, that's the only game I can think of that uses vote banning, so that's 100% of games as far as I know of right now that work well with it.

well I speak from experience having used to play PC games, voting systems were almost standard, some console shooters had it too like shadowrun off the top of my head, and they dont work. PC games started using smart systems and they seem to work for the most part, COD WaW uses it for excessive team killers. Something like this might work if implemented properly, but leaving it strictly to votes for large games of 16 or more sux.

Yeah, I thought of the CoD team-kill thing too. Only problem is that friendly fire could be off, and then people wouldn't get booted.

okay say there is a kick/ban system is it for kicking team mates that kill team mates or is it for kicking people on the other team that u think are lagging or something?

No, it'd be for kicking d-bag teammates. That way, the other team would have initiative to kick if the d-bag is on their team, but they couldn't kick the winners.
