 Another solution to the rooster is the dummy grenade.  As long as you have a bit of distance.  Buster grenade is great too.  Any grenade other then plasma or regen can really tear them up as long as they are still near it.  Dummy just seems to work really well other then the whole suicide issue if you don't throw right.

I love how the akrid actually think the dummy grenade is a real person. In LP:EC the dummy grenade was great for throughing the enemy of with the radar and for general explosive affects, but I don't think anyone charged head on into the dummy grenade like the akrid do in the demo. Tongue out

something really crazy happened to me actually im not sure if its a glitch or not but if it is or isnt leave it in


1. I was doing 2 player co op my buddy was shooting the salamander outside of him while i was inside the salamander. im not sure how but somehow wen the salamander pooped me out i went flying so i that my guy was in the air for atleast 4 and a half seconds longer then usual


2. i was doing single player and i was on top of the salamander and it shocked me with its giant horn wen i was on top of him and i went flying in the air like a rocket reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllly  high!

I don't like how when connecting to a game, if its full or something you get a connection error and it takes you back to the main screen, it should take you back to the servers screen.

I liked so much Lost Planet (and more colonies edition) , i've tried Lp2 demo (of course!!), it looks a bit different but still, wow! I can't wait for playin' the real thing (^^) seems like an amazing game, i ll buy it asap!

Improvements from the first game: I can actually beat the levels! I played the Lost Planet: EC demo on my PC and hated how impossible to beat the demo is, but when I play the Lost Planet 2 co-op demo I don't worry about dying for ridiculous reasons. Also I love being able to team up with AI or 3 other players to kill me some buggies.


My only problem is there should be penalties when players drop out of a co-op session. Sometimes by the time I get to the Category G there is only one other player still in the session, but I REALLY HATE IT when sometimes everyone else leaves or even worse the host leaves destroying the whole session. I say there should be a reliability system at least similar to Street Fighter IV.


Besides that I can't wait to see another demo or more gameplay!

As it has been said a Kagillion times...MULTIPLAYER BETA!!!


Guarantee that it's going to be needed unless you want to patch the game up a week after release.

blue streaks came out of everywhere towards his arm.
Which was simply magnificent. THAaa **** did you people take it out for ?!

Yeah, that's kinda right, out of most of the realistic things they have(i.e. blades of grass reacting to movement on the ground, Dynamic Water) Seeing water rushing down your body is out of picture..Also swimming looks a little...off.

I found the controls sluggish and the character too slow in the demo and a real let down, just like the first game. It was ok to be a slow poke trying to run through snow in the first game but it felt really silly when you were inside. Same goes for the sequel; it would be right when you are in the water but not on land. I hope you tweek the controls to be more precise and please include a custom setup option for the buttons. I want a faster action hero and I also would like to be able to look further up in the sky (as well as down I suppose). :-)


 


The visuals looked great AFAICR.

I'm tired of paying full price for half the game
