Many apologies if this has been brought up before, but is there any chance of including a small sub-sciript when entering a VS as to what model it is? Maybe also include the model # under the health bar or something? I've figured it out because I've played the demo so much , but it'd be nice to be able to relay what VS you are getting in or talking about a little easier. It would help me communicate with new players especially when I'm bringing in friends that are new to Lost Planet.

the demo was very impressive and addicting....the salamander is just epic......after playing it a dozen times you start to understand its pattern......everything was beautiful...the only critisism i would have would be when im running it feels really slow...it would be nice to have a temporary fast sprint.......other then that first day buy....good job....developers should learn a thing or 2 from this one.... edit: thanks to zero you can sprint by holding B.....the gamei s flawless

Snow, the lobby system is good and all, but I notice there's still no ping displayed for potential hosts. Is there a plan to implement this in the final game? As I recall one of the recent Street Figher games displayed hosts' ping (either SF4 or Turbo Remix), so obviously someone at Capcom thinks its a good idea.

i was also thinking the same thing...but I figured maybe its because ping is mostly important in fighting games where it is crucial but maybe not in FPS...nevertheless it should be implemented since TMNT arcade has the ping....

I loved it, versing a giant komodo dragon thing was intense. I like it how it shows the nationatilty of Host, putting your nationatilty in first. I was going to say something else but I forgot, but I think there needs to be some more co-op things involved gameplay wise, everyone seems to run of and do their own things, we need some features so that we can actually co-operate. Such as healing, sharing ammo, co-op climbing or what not. But I think we need more weapons. More variety of assault rifles for example, some which have slower fire rates, some which are more accurate etc. Also, an SMG would be handy for fighting withing the bowels of the monster. Also we have a handgun attached to us which we can't use, I think that we should be able to carry two primary weapons and a handgun with unlimited ammo just in case. IMO anyway

after playing the demo a bit more i realize now there are many many bugs that need to be ironed out....your vs gets stuck sometimes it is pretty amaturish if it was left like that in the final game....needless to say capcom are pros and once polished this game will be intense the buzz begins ....the anticipation is going to be huge!!! bigger then RE5....when is the lrelease date....it was a nice touch to add the coming soon once the demo is finished...wow so hyped already

the demo was amazing, ive never been excited to play campaign mode on a shooter until this game. i really excited about it. my one problem was the lack of control setting. i play southpaw, the sticks are switched. besides that it was amazing. i felt like i was playing monster hunter but in a third person shooter. cant wait to see the full game.

Snow, will there be an option to turn off the giant text above the players head in the final game? I think the name should only come up if you have your cursor over the player. Since the characters are customisable i don't see the need for names on screen as everyone will look different.

One major thing I think is this VS needs to be a bit faster moving. "The Brawler"
Considering the VS's size and weight, it seems to me that it should be the fastest. I feel that it moves only a little faster than the small walker VS from LP1. One solution would be give it a sprint feature. A grapple even seems right for this VS, but that is not a solution for the walking speed.

^^ Agreed. A sprint button for the brawler is one of the suggestions i made after playing the demo. However, after learning about it's dash and hover abilities, i think the movement speed just needs to be increased slightly. Remember that we haven't seen the Cross in action and maybe that has a sprint and/or grapple feature.
