Anubis have you seen SAMURAI 7 ?.. its an anime based on Kurosawa's SEVEN SAMURAI. its pretty good, the animation is top notch.. mixes traditional Anime + CGI, and the Bandits have these massive Mech's. pretty cool stuff.

rite now I have no way to charge my psp as it only came with the 220V cord. but cool thing is Sony made the AC adapter and the Cord that actually plugs into a socket 2 seperate pieces, (the actual a/c adapter piece is the same part number as the North American Model) so all I have to do is replace the 220V cord/plug with a 110V. Saves me $30 from having to buy a new one. :D

I still haven't found a reason to get a PS3 other than future FF and KH titles. All the IPs that Sony had exclusively in the last gen are now being lost one by one. They used to have GTA first and now Microsoft's system gets it at the same time. Final Fantasy XI hit the 360, so I don't see why Square Enix wouldn't consider porting FF XIII to the 360 if they wanted. Devil May Cry 4 is coming to the 360. Boom. Now we just need MGS 4 to hit the 360 and I will see no point in getting one. Well, right now.

I already know that there will be some good RPGs and stuff coming along in the future. That's what I got the PS2 for. The Playstation was always good for RPGs. Shooting and blowing **** up is all good and fun, but sometimes I like to get involved with a group of characters and go on a 30+ hour journey with them. I'm hoping Blue Dragon and Trusty Bell will satisfy my need for some RPG love'n. I haven't had a good one since playing Dragon Quest VIII.

So, I guess I will get a PS3 eventually. And a Wii, too. I can't hate on either. I'm a gamer and I want to play whatever's good and fun. I'm very satisfied with the 360 right now, but I'm really hurting for some japanese games.

Plus its prob the best deal if u are in the market for a Blu ray player, as I was. I was a supporter of HD DVD too.. but the lack of titles kinda sux.. theres much more support for blu ray from the major studios.

See Its good to see people like you who have an open mind about PS3 (or any other system for that matter).. It annoys me when I see fanboys post about how this and this game SHOULDNT be released on THIS and THIS system cuz it sux.. and blah blah blah. LAME.

I was a supporter of sega's systems regardless of what people said (due in part to the popularity in japan, and loads of japanese games) I loved the Saturn, it was the greatest for 2D fighters, so many great games.. and it supported the 2 and 4 meg RAM carts that made loading time and game speeds so much faster! Dreamcast was dope, it was ahead of its time, until now Powerstone is one of my fav brawlers (im gonna cop the powerstone collection for PSP :D )

I never owned a Dreamcast, but my friend had one. I actually want one just for the crazy games they had. Sword of the Beserk: Guts' Revenge was crazy. I LOVED both Powerstones. It's like Smash Brothers on crack with super saiyans or something. Combining stuff to make your own weapons and items kept you hooked. Marvel VS Capcom 2 was the ****, too. Leaping 100 feet in the air was fun as hell. Crazy Taxi? lol that was fun. Skies of Arcadia and Evolution was cool. It was a great system.

I was kind of upset with a lot of Sony's moves, I'll admit. They're just really ambitious. I didn't like how the guys who spoke about it would sit there and bash the 360 calling it Xbox 1.5 and stuff like that. Them hating on the Xbox last generation because of its size combared to the PS2 and then they make the PS3 bigger than 360. lol.

I can't hate Sony though. Their system always ends up getting a great list of games somewhere along the line.

So how did you go about getting your PS3? I heard something about your 360 messing up and you used a warranty and took that and your HD DVD player back or something to trade it in for credit for the PS3 I think. I'm thinking I want to get the Xbox 360 Elite, but I don't know how I'm gonna do that. I still have a warranty on mine until November. Any thoughts? Though I don't know how I'd keep my memory from the 20GB HD.

Best buy, walmart... theyre usually more concerned with quieting down an angry customer. just make sure u speak directly with the manager.


BTW: Berzerk was awesome.. have u seen the anime?. and the VS series was classic, I hope capcom comes out with a new VS series. (Marvel vs Capcom vs SNK ?!? :cool: )... ohh and u forgot to mention GRANDIA !

YEAH! Grandia on the PS and Grandia II on Dreamcast were great! Have yet to try III, though.

My 360 has been working with no problems at all since launch. I don't know anybody in the Best Buy I got mine from, though. Mine isn't having problems. Wal-Mart is usually dumb about this stuff though and take things even without receipts. I don't know. Ain't sure if it's worth the trouble.
