seems like bungie cant make up thier mind about the co-op play.
I will rent halo3..
What do you mean? They just weren't sure if they could pull it off, but now it seems they say they did. They realize that Halo 2 wasn't what they really wanted. At least they're not denying that. So I'm expecting Halo 3 to be their way of ending it with a REAL bang. The only reason I didn't really like Halo 2 was because the online MP was destroyed by cheaters. Halo is a good series. I personally prefer Halo:CE over its sequel, and I am hoping the 3rd one brings that feeling back. It was just a fun romp through the campaign. But again, I'm not going to get my hopes up too much. At least they aren't really talking out of their asses like Peter Molyneux when he went on about Fable for 5+ years and never made good on half the things he claimed. He gets in way over his head. I know Snow liked it, and I enjoyed it while it lasted, but at the end of it all I was sorely disappointed. 10-15 hours is not epic by any stretch for an RPG. I can handle that with games like Devil May Cry and Resident Evil (which the last iterations for each were actually approaching 20 hours at least) because they're action-oriented.

Halo is a good series.
Yes it is, but mostly for the story mode, at least in my opinion.
Lost Planet is where it's at if you want awesome multiplayer. But even Lost Planet was directly inspired by Halo. The devs said so themselves.

I just think with all of these announcements claiming diffrent things, isnt doing much but hurting them... (and making halo fanboys go wild on forums and blogs )...
maybe its just me.. I never understood the giant appeal of halo.. even the story didnt seem intresting to me (sorry Snow) IMO

Maybe, if you can pull me away from Marathon and Chess. But I dunno... I probably will if it's after 11pm, but it also depends how tired I am too. I've only been getting six hours of sleep a night lately, and I think it's catching up to me. :(
But if it's after 11pm central then I don't see a problem with playing a match tonight.

I'm not on Bungie's nuts. I'm just wondering why you are so concerned with them changing their mind. I mean I'm with you on wondering if the co-op will go smoothly or not, that's a fact. And I'm not a HUGE Halo fan. I think the real appeal is that you can be a n00b to FPS and jump right in. I never was into FPS games until I bought an Xbox at launch and played Halo:CE. Me and a friend played that through co-op from the start and didn't stop until sometime before the Library part. We were just into it. It was really immersive at the time. Halo 2 didn't really give me that feeling but you know. lol. I'm just hoping Halo 3 feels like Halo:CE.
And **** those people. It better not stop Capcom from going through with RE5 the way it is. Capcom wants to make it that way, they should be able to. This racist BS is getting out of hand. It's like people have nothing better to do than bicker about racism and religion. ****! I do not care about either. I don't dislike anyone because of the color of their skin. I dislike them if they do something to cause me to dislike them. I'm not like "Hey, you're not white! I hate you!". And the "Oh we can't do that because it wouldn't be fair to the other kids in the school who aren't of Christian or Catholic faith." Screw that. have several celebrations at once! Geez, we can all be equals. Just shut the hell up!

Mum's the word when anything can be misconstrued as racism, sexism, etc.-isms. I was wondering why no one complained about Dead Rising's story being nothing more than a silly condemnation of the meat-eating habits of mall-going suburban America. ;)
Actually, in this situation, I'd say the one waving the Politically Correct card is the one at fault since we know next to nothing as to the premise of the actual game. When I see someone, I see a person, regardless of color, but those claiming racism see nothing but the skin and throw their soapboxes on top of that assumption.

Dude, you beat me to it! I was going to edit and let it be known that I was just mess'n. I mean, c'mon. You hear blacks calling eachother the N word all the time.
