Halo 3? Lag Fest? Wow you obviously haven't played the beta. Halo 3's multiplayer has been significantly improved. About the fanboys and immaturity and yelling? You're right. I wish that all 12 year olds xbox360s would get the three rings of death on the same day Halo3 launched...At least that way we'd all get a few weeks of playing with mature non-noobs...:D

That's only because during the Beta, MS gave it more server bandwidth, allowing everything to run smoother. During that time the Beta was out, many of the other games suffered a servere climax in lag. Unfortunately this has given many Halo 3 players the misconception that the MP will be much better, when in fact it is only slightly improved. When Halo 3 hits the shelves, laggers will continue to flourish as they do in Halo 2, or in any other XBL game for that matter.

Army of Two looked promising in the teasers, but have you seen the E3 in-game footage? I have to say, I'm sorely disappointed. Can't wait for Team Fortress though, still remember way back when I played that on the PC. Spy & Heavy FTW.
Also, I've been wondering, why is Call of Duty 4 so hyped? It's not as if the previous 3 were all that outstanding...
Really? i havnt seen much of the in game footage yet, but they are really pushing the co-op experience.. so Im hoping its has some refreshing gameplay in it.
As for COD4, I never really got into the previous ones, only because they were WWII based, which was getting old. This new one looks pretty intresting. I was reading that you will be able to customize your weapons for multiplayer. Now lets hope its not a half assed online mode.. and can support more than 16 players.

Fifty dollars in the states. I can justify it just fine, to that's like, what? Four dollars a month? Sure it's not the greatest, but it's certainly nice to have, and very much worth it to me. Free is better, but no complaints about the price from me.
You know, Halo's MP sucks. I was really looking foward to the whole online co-op thing(Bungie hasn't put it out of the picture just yet). I was rather disappointed to hear it might not include it. But then I heard the music, and I'm a sucker for ochestral pieces, and wow. If Halo has something that really draws me in, it's the story aided by the music. It's just too bad I may have to play without all my friends. Stupid games recently not having online co-op...! (grumble grumble)

I dont mind if a game doesnt have co-op.. but at least give the single player experience something new.. Im sick of the same old IPs being recycled, and nothing new added.
Pretty, updated graphics are nice, but Im more intrested in new unique gameplay to keep my attention. (for a single player game especially)
as for XBL, I still cant justify it. Sure it has the most and largest online experience.. but its a frustrating experience...(even Bomberman suffers from laggy bastards!.. BOMBERMAN !!!) If things dont shape up, you can catch me on the PSN playing 32 player Warhawk, and Socom Confrontation :p ................... FOR FREE

I like co-op because, to me, there are few things as enjoyable in gaming as playing with my fianceé and my friends. Especially in a co-operative effort.

i dont mind the online coop as long as it is not a part of the signle player...ie GRAW2. if they put in online coop then it should be different levels and the main story. from playing the online coop for r6v i discovered alot about the main levels. i know i have nto beat it yet but that is cause the kid always has the dam thing with a clan match or some crap
