LOL !.. man if this was the xbox forums.. youd have 1000 pi$$ed off halo fanboys on your @$$ rite about now.
i did post something like this on the xbox forums in the halo 3 section, haven't gone back to see what they've said yet but it's all true so they can deal with it :D when I first mentioned it they got defensive i told them that halo isn't the best game out there, any game that's only defensive manuever is to jump or throw a elbow is seriously lacking :D I'm curious what they'll have to say to that

Kameo. Co-op and achievements to go with it came after it was released.
Truth. I still own that game. Sucks that I have to pay for the extra modes and higher difficulty, though. I'm still sitting at like 600 GS on that. I'll never get the full 1000. It's just rediculous. Not as rediculous as Perfect Dark Zero, though, which I also still own. Most of it involve multiplayer and there's like a million head shots and stuff (exagerated but I think even the hardest achievement in Gears of War pales in comparison). You work your *** off in those two games to get some achievements. If I wanted, I could rent King Kong or TMNT and get some quick points, but I won't. It's really all about what you did to get the achievement anyway.

However even if Halo 3 ships without online co-op, there's still always the possibility that it'll come as a downloadable upgrade. Not that it matters to me, but just trying to add to the discussion.

Orange Box's Team Fortress 2 = Better multiplayer experience.
Call Of Duty 4 = Better EVERYTHING.

And I hope either that this patch fixes Lost Planet, or that a new game can live up to Lost Planet's multiplayer experience without the lag issues. Ever since Halo has no co-op, I have lost hope in finding a game that is truly up to my expectations. I know Marathon will be great, but it's only an arcade game, and a 12 year old PC game at that!
Hear the cry of a Lost Planet fanboy, Capcom! Fix my favorite game please. :(

Army of Two looked promising in the teasers, but have you seen the E3 in-game footage? I have to say, I'm sorely disappointed. Can't wait for Team Fortress though, still remember way back when I played that on the PC. Spy & Heavy FTW.
Also, I've been wondering, why is Call of Duty 4 so hyped? It's not as if the previous 3 were all that outstanding...

Mostly because people hope for a new, better online game I think. Games with quality online play are few and far between. From the looks of it, and from what we've heard, it seems like this has great potential. However, I won't get hyped. I've learned my lesson not to from various other games this year.
