MS won't let third parties do pics for free (remember, they're footing the bandwidth costs and handling transactions so they have costs associated with these things). There are recommended prices for all such materials. As it is, $0.12 per picture shouldn't be breaking the bank for anyone. We've priced them at the absolute lowest recommended price.
And I commend you guys at Capcom for that. Let me ask you though, does microsoft give you the option to store the themes and pics in your own servers?

Yeah, thanks a lot for that. Lets just hope you guys keep up that mentality.
I still reckon that they should come free with the game though!

i dont suppose we'll see anymore picture packs on the way? wishful thinking, but i would love to have one of a white with red(or green)lights NEVEC character model helmet, from a slightly angled view, kinda like the one in my signature :D

I hope this isn't going to be a trend but all of the recent gamer pics have had a shiny gloss in the upper portion of the picture for some reason.
