We have the Noms De Guerre, why not the skins?
Vulgas (Vulgas and Powerstone) and Master D (Bionic Commando) are Noms De Guerre as well, does that justify them, as well as all the other character Noms De Guerre being skins? Master D yet not Nathan RAD Spencer?

Sry. I think if there's a Noms De Guerre for it, there should be a skin. Considering about 20 of the Personality ones are refrences to Capcom Games. Btw, a Nathan RAD Spencer skin would be pretty sweet.
