For balance purposes, I think the invisibility ability should allow you to remain off radar until you fire or throw (arm) a grenade. Furthermore, your representing dot will remain on radar, fading over a period of no less than 5 seconds.
I find it interesting that it only takes up one slot with being an ability with such awesome magnitude. Im curious as to how it truely works. It is all speculation until the game comes out. It may have been balanced in some way already.

6. T-ENG Weapon Master I : Weapons which are based on thermal energy (Energy guns, VS guns) will just need a small amount of T-ENG. 11. Invinsible : You'll be invisible on the radar. probably will be a good setup on the right map for heavy weapons player (like myself), imo playing heavy weapons is always best if you can find some type of fast moving agile vehicle 3. Critical Hits I : Increases your chance to get critical hits on enemies + Decrease the damage sensitivity on yourself. 11. Invinsible : You'll be invisible on the radar. imo this is the best setup for a sniper. 16. Fast Respawn : Faster Respawn + Faster data post activation. 18. Special Cover I : Saves you from some type of damage. im thinking special cover will nullify the effects of blowback, this in combination with faster respawn and faster data post activation. this'll be good for the data post runners in a data post game.

Sprinter is just about useless. You basically have non-stop sprint already, just with .5-1 second of stoppage inbetween each sprint. Plus, it's never good to always be running in LP.

Sprinter 2 might increase the speed of sprint...maybe.

Sprinter would only be really useful in the very start when making a rush to power weapons, vs, or data posts. Besides that it wouldn't really be too useful.
