My guess is it was just a multiplayer build/demo that Capcom held at some sort of gaming/press event. He probably just found some pictures of it on the internet. But honestly, I have not idea, that's just my guess.
Nope, the builds only had "CAPCOM BLUE 1" etc. these had their actual PSN's. They are all legit, as if they actually were in the game.

And i don't think they would have characters set from more the one country. There are UK and US people in the pictures.

The ones held in japan were running on ps3s, though the psn names override any speculation that it's a previous build.

Well, I don't think the public will have access to this anytime soon. Since it appears to be a limited-access demo so they must have the limited-access for a decent amount of time. And the game is still over a month away, you don't want to build up too much hype too early. My guess would be late April we'll see it. However, I'm still really confused here. How come no where around the internet is any information about this? You'd think there'd be more people talking about it.
