While the size of Category G Akrid easily compete with the massive beasts from Shadow of the Collossus the scope is nowhere near as grand.

Gordiant is the only boss you've uncovered at this point that you can climb on...will other bosses in the game have the same method of elimination? Namely, will any of the bosses improve upon Gordiant in this aspect? SoTC has been labeled as the "grand daddy" of epic boss battles. The primary reason is because while the monsters aren't "that" large, they appear huge because you're crawling all over them.

A boss fight where you climb all over a flying Akrid would be the true definition of epic.

having a boss battle similar to another boss battle in a different game isnt epic..so far i like the direction of the games (campaign), im still very much on the fence with the multiplayer and the weapon system...

All attention goes out to the huge bosses, but what about the other akrits? how many new ones are in it? I have seen fish and lizard like creatures what can we expect more?

Here's hoping for some very unusual new akrid.

I like the look of the giraffe/brontosaurus type.

Maybe there will be some sort of bear or lion type that attempts savage short range attacks.

Maybe a new stationary type that instead of spitting out enemies uses vines and spines to attack in various ways.

 There are so many possibilities.

How would a Sandbox mode work out for Lost Planet 2? I just thought of that, and I'm really curious at to whether or not that would actually be logical to logically be logical.....

Your confusion confuses teh confused Snow.

But yea, not sure how that would really work... I can tell you now that there isn't going to be a "sandbox" mode for Lost Planet 2.
