Hello. First of all you guys (CAPCOM STAFF) are doing a awesome job!!!

One issue i had was with the rocket, most of the time I play rockets online an one thing i saw in the demo is that u can't charge when ur going down a jump... meaning... I jump and shoot and reload before i hit the ground again... i will love to get that fixed in my opinion an also many friends where asking if that would get fixed. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.


Also the timing in the granades for them to roll them has changed, but if you can put it as is the lost planet colonies that would be great...


Also the running, try to make it longer, an more moveable... i just hate running straight an and not been able to move sideways.


VS: im guessing some parts of it would be fixed like exiting faster. that would a plus!!!

An also about rolling, it looks weird but i guess i can get used to it... but if can do something about please make it look like lpc... I know im asking alot haha but there are some cool stuff on the LP and LPC that would fit fantastically on the LP2

PS. Can we please see an online gameplay soonSealed... and please show us the episode 2 LP2 trailer already!!! i wanna see that sand map already Cry, thank you... dont forget about the rocket realoading faster please.Yell

I can't believe how Capcom did! Top ranks! Can't wait till i see a saw VS! Is there going to have clans? And sled VS and Drills?

I have a new clan called Raiders of the snow and this is a great game!

I dont mind the Run being fairly linear, but It does need to be a bit faster IMO, its almost not worth using it. in fact if theres a parallel wall or objects you can grapple onto in the path you are travelling, its still faster to use your grapple and disengage it before you hit the wall/object... Old school style like in the first game.

It's exactly this reason that I think the run is at a good speed, because there is still a reason to do the grapple - disengage move, but the run allows for a faster movement speed through open areas.

Oh, and I noticed that between all the new weapons that have new melees, like the gunsword, Rock Pod etc. It just looks kinda bland with the melees they have for the machine gun and Rocket Launcher. If you could make it look a little more...I don't know quite how to say it, more Masculine. It just looks more like your just pushing your gun up with your elbow. Not really much I can think of to change anymore besides a few bugs...

I don't think you can get more maculine than giants mechs, explosions, and giant salamanders that melt when they die.

Then again, it's been awhile since I've watched T2.

Saw this bug last night: 2 player session, friend and I both got ejected from the insides of the Salamander and he entered the starting VS which he had brought down near the shore. I tore the Gatling gun off the dilapidated VS near the other fresh one (same model but with the boost jets, dunno serial #), and I ran over to him so I could attach it, because he was running out of shotgun ammo on his left trigger. As soon as I held "y" to attach it my player model froze at the "top" of the animation cycle with his arms above his head holding the gun up to the mech, with the button prompt "b to enter, y to attach" frozen on the screen. I could rotate the camera freely, but the Salamander was unable to damage or kill me - he stomped and tongue lashed me explicitly three or four times to no effect, as well as walking over me half a dozen other times before my buddy killed him. I'm sure this probably came up in testing but it's probably the "worst" bug I've seen in terms of breaking the experience, so I thought I'd throw it out there.

Haven't read the previous posts so maybe these were mentioned.


 


Some things that bother me:


1) Having the option of activating or exiting when trying to get out of a VS. It's needless really. I wish he would just hop out like in the original. An option would be nice.


2) [?] Boxes look out of place, though I'm not even sure what they do at this point.


3) When turning 360 degrees the character's torso looks all wrong; it twists around unnaturally.


4) Don't like the new camera. An option to have the camera angle of the original would be nice.


5) T-ENG and mystery boxes disappear too quickly, though maybe that's a design decision.


 


Otherwise the demo is fantastic. And I'm glad to see that the sequel is shaping up nicely.


Really hoping for an Online Battle demo next ;)
