I think you can trade the system and controller for $210, keep the hard drive till you get the Elite, transfer the data, and trade the drive in for the remaining $40. I think...
That would be ideal. I guess it depends on how much I get out of my tax return. Maybe. Just wish I could pull off that Best Buy thing. Seems like too much of a hassle, though.

i have all my saves ona memory card. when you get a new HDD you just recover your GT and it will allow you to redownload all the DLC that you have paid for with your GT. i have had 3 die in the last 3 months so i know all about getting back my DLC

Youre gonna wish you were in Canada so when I beat you, you can take advantage of our universal health care system... then smoke some sticky icky BC hyrdoponic to releave the pain from beating you again outside the hospital after youre released. Then you can hit up the club and scheme on some 19 yr old girls (cuz I know thats youre style ;) ).. cuz our drinking age is only 19 (18 in quebec cuz they have no souls).
