i haven't played the 360 version of lost planet in awhile but yesterday i got on. i recognized the game was displaying in widescreen. i have the 360 set up to standard. i never had this before when i played and suddenly now its in widescreen. is there a way to fix this?

I don't own an XBox 360, but I've used my friends a bit, so I think I might be able to help.

If I remember correctly, some resolutions on the XB360 are widescreen regardless of what TV type you have set. Are you running this via HD/component cables or regular SDTV?

The problem may be a result of CPS, or Console Players' Syndrome. I recommend the use of a PC and a widescreen LCD monitor (I run 1680 x 1050 resolution, 16:10 ratio, its super widescreen).

That should solve your problem. If problems persist, try disposing of the console and upgrading PC. The purchase of a joystick is also recommended. :cool:

yep the pc version owns. but there aren't many people playing it. so sometimes its nice to go back to the console version so i can get into bigger games and play with friends.
