I can't personally do it, but you should tell him to contact Capcom Japan, maybe customer service, tell them about my LP Community Blog contest, and request they hold a similar contest in Japan.
The game's been out for a month over there already, so people playing it probably already have all the achievements I've required. But they could always host different contests or tournaments. It's up to them, though.

as for your 'Snowfall Assassin' [nihongo no baashion] It looks pretty dead on to me, I'm a bit rusty since I dont study and or speak it as often now that my Ex moved back to japan... but all the right characters seem to be there. haha no not really, dont use that phrase because you'll confuse yourself and others... 'nihongo' is the word for japanese. 'nihongo no' means japanese owning the following subject... and 'baashion' is the borrowed phonetic for word for 'version' aka if a japanese person said version it would come out 'baasion' ... You would want to say something like "yoroshiku onegaishimasu boku wa 'yuki no satsujin desu' " something like snow assassin... to be honest i can read the first part the falling snow but with the conjunction of the two kanji Im not sure how the two characters would be said except that yuuki [or snow] would be in there somewhere... so it would be yoroshiku onegaishimasu... boku wa XXyuki no satsujin desu [XX being however the conjugation of the two characters sound]. Snow assassin for now i would think is close enough. I'll ask Daizokun later tonight and ask how the conjugation is said if i can get ahold of him for you so you have a definate;) . Cheers ~Quinn
