You wanna know how much of a lost planet junkie i am? not only is that the only game i play anymore(with exceptions from time to time) but it has taken over everything else. Like my phone; homemade LP wallpaper, the ringer is the noise of a cancel data post, and texts are the "Main Themes" song and Voice mail is "Battle Ready" both from the soundtrack. I made a print of a hardballer and an undeep to hang next to my LP stuff, my figurine sits on my 360, my CE case sits out for all to see, and next to all that stuff, starting tomorrow will be my signed LP poster. plus i have a feeling whatever extra goodies Brian sent with it will be out there too. oh and i will wear my shirt ALOT, at least if michelle doesnt put a LP shirt wearing restriction on me... haha :D
Actually I use a PC at work and home, with a program called "ObjectDock," and I just hide my Taskbar. I also use "Theme Manager" and "Window Blinds" to skin everything. My work PC looks like a Mac, and my home one has a Windows Vista-like theme. :D
I'm attaching a pic of my work desktop right now (it has this post in it).
I got my package today, it should have been received yesterday but I didnt hear the door and my roommate refused to leave the person that he was bargin-ing with in PSU over haggling shop prices long enough to answer it. So it took a day to get. Then again Yong and myself are in california so that might be why. As Yong expressed to Brian, yes, thanks so much for the extra goodies.... Unfortunately what was to be my pride and joy out of it all was completely jacked up due to the box condition when i received it. I wanted to cry :( , still do... I was lucky enough to get the poster of my choice but it was  severely damaged  But reguardless i know that i shouldnt be too upset as it was free and a contest prize that i wouldnt have had if brian wasnt so gracious to put it together... Im just really greatful to Brian for doing it. I hope that everyone elses packages reach them safe so that they dont suffer the dissappointment that i did. I even went out and bought a frame and mat and everything for it because i knew it was the same size as the non-signed white one that i got at the launch party. Anywho for now, I'm gonna be immature and going to go sulk. Im going to see epic movie with some friends, so hopefully it'll dull my misery for now. A mixed feeling rabbit~Q
Like I messaged you on XBL, I'll send you out a new poster today. Hopefully this one will make it to you in one piece. I'll tape up the whole box so it won't tear easily, too.

*GASP!!!* heresy! haha jk jk.. i did not know they made a skin for windows that is mac themed. pretty sweet. i see you gots a little MC in there too :D i already reserved my legendary copy months ago... i want to finish the fight! i love the storyline, i have all the books haha but the multiplayer... meh, Lost planet kicks halo in its balls when it comes to online play. fun and addicting, but lost planet is fun addicting, and awesome. plus, how cool is it that you guys and gals at Capcom play with us? :D
that is why i almost always play with FF on. everybody asks why, and i say "because its good for you. suck it up or leave cracka" and they usually stay around and never bring it up again. i wish the matches were held later in the evening when im on...
FF on means that you can hurt your own team, right? That's my preference, too. It seperates the skilled from the non-skilled. It's stupid to run around throwing any explosive without a care in the world. That's just not very tactical. It's a Halo 2 tactic, I guess. But here, it doesn't work. I always try to play with FF on and out of the 230+ ranked matches I've played, I only have a friendly kill count of 17.
I did not play the clan match yesterday. Though I was on at 9PM my time, which is when I thought it was being held, I didn't get in. I sent Fob a message saying I was ready to go if he needed me but he didn't send me a response at all. So it's not really my fault if something changed at the last second and I didn't know about it.
So chaser says they took a VS in the 2nd round when they agreed not to use them, eh? That should disqualify them IMO. But, whatever.
And I can't believe Euphoric is kick'n the crap out of everyone they fight. I checked on [d]eath [c]ount and that team had 3 wins and 0 losses. Guess Euphoric gave them their 1st. I gotta hand it to them, they may not have a lot of clan members, but the ones they do have are very good.
We're gonna have to take Oth1n's message to heart and really start to work together more and kind of make some "guidelines" that we can deter from when the situation calls for it. When I say "guidelines" I don't mean "rules". I'm talking about us playing some maps and having some kind of thing that we do depending on the layout, map, and where we spawn. Say we play Lost Coast and we spawn in the underwater cave; of course we're gonna take the Hardballers. But if we don't, what then? Circumstances and situations are what I'm talking about. Some things we can't help, though. I know we can't rely on some tactics all the time and we shouldn't because then we become easy to read like a boss with a pre-determined pattern. We're gonna have to change things around from time to time, but it'd be pretty smart to have some kind of battle plan.
We already communicate, we just have to get better. We announce enemy locations and what weapons they're using, so that's good. Hell, we've been doing that since the demo days.
I know we're not exactly the best team right now and some of us need some work, but we're gonna have one hell of a time trying. All of us seem to be better at some things in this game than others, but we all try to be as flexible as possible. Trick is awesome in just about anything he does, but I seem to use Hardballers pretty well (try to at least). Me and Nubbin work as a nice duo when we can get things together, but we all do. I know chaser admits he isn't all that good sometimes but I can tell he's getting better because he has bested me quite a few times and he's definantly an awesome guy like most of the members here are. That's why I like our team whether we win or lose. And what's cool about all us demo people is that we still talk to other teams like Euphoric and have friendly matches with them just for fun even if they kick our ***. This is the difference between a good clan and a bad clan (which are mostly done on Halo 2 :p ).
Done with my rant. I've gotta take a shower and I've got some stuff to do but if I see anybody on who wants to play some Player Matches, I'll join ya and we can work on our teamwork some more.

That is what i thought but we could not find an exact rule and i just let it go but i think if we had challanged it we could have got the win but i dont want to win that way.

Yes sir i agree totally. i know that me and fob are planning on some late night fridays for pratice and oth1n is doing some as well. i know that i will make as many of them as the wife will allow. i did Hulot post earlier about completely beating teh game 1000/1000. WOW

Yep. Hulot is sick for doing that. I'll do it eventually but I've got a lot to catch up with in life. I won't discuss it though because that's my business. :p
