But seriously, I felt like such an arse last night. I played an Elimination sniper match on Canyon and after getting killed twice, I was like "screw this crap" and ran for two Hardballers near a Thermal Source and detached the VS Shotgun from one and attached it to the vacant side of the other and stood on the thermal energy with my dual VS Shotguns at the ready, just charging up. Apparently, the hut near it was a spawn point. Unfortunately, I wasn't gonna leave until I go the thermal energy I wanted. So as they came out, I pressed Y and dashed around the back so they were like "wtf?!" and I'd come out as they ran for the Hardballer and blas them with both triggers and if they didn't die, I'd wait for them to get up and knock them out. I think I got a dozen chain kills doing this mixed with people trying to snipe me and fire the homing laser at me, which I stole later when I noticed my VS Shotgun ammo starting to exhaust. I then stood on the energy point and just leaped in the air every now and then and killed people with the Homing Laser. I felt like such an arse. I don't like to spawn camp but I wanted my energy and I wasn't gonna let someone with a grace period stop me.

I was eventually stopped by some well-placed sniper shots and did get hit with the Homing Laser prior to that so I placed 2nd anyway and got a good 6k points off it I think. Still only half-way to level 52. Been playing Crackdown with Hulot for most of yesterday. We had a blast. The last co-op we played, we grabbed some grenade launchers and after the 5 minute time started ticking we just went at it and started killing anything that moved, including each other. I still can't believe he shot those explosive barrels when I was next to them. Thank God for agent cloning. :D
