I faxed everything to you, so hopefully it got there. i've never used a fax machine before... I know lucent already asked.... but are the posters standard movie poster size? or can you give us the measurements? i talked my fiance into letting me frame and hang mine when i get it :D i just wanna make sure i have a frame that is the correct size.

im bored so im asking tons of questions haha so i wont mind if you dont answer :D do you know when we can expect the prizes to ship out? (i know you'll probably wait to get all the preferences of prizes in first)
do you know how will they be shipped? also do you know what the prizes are valued at(for my taxes. i read the affidavit and that concerned me alittle....)?

hey lucent, did you see the prizes for the website contest in Brian's blog!?! 1st place won a 40inch HDTV LCD! nice. that would be sweet since i only have a standard def 20in square tube p.o.s. i want a 32inch, hopefully i can get a new job soon and buy one (hint hint Brian... haha does capcom need a designer? :rolleyes: ) anyways... wow im bored. work is slow. im way off topic.... haha

I'm just a gamer who happens to work at Capcom during the day. But yeah, it was fun playing with you guys too. I'll see if I can fit in a few matches tonight. Actually my wife usually falls asleep putting our 2yo to bed around 8:30~9. If I want to watch 24 or a movie or something, I'll try and wake her up around 10~10:30, otherwise I let her sleep since I know she's exhausted a lot. Otherwise, she sleeps and I play my games, fiddle with my stereo, or catch up on whatever TV or movies I watch and she doesn't.


I got your fax, no worries. I'm trying to get poster/t-shirt preferences in the order of the winners, but hopefully next week I'll be able to ship out the majority of the prizes. I think we use UPS, as I have one UPS "express tube" holding all the posters right now. The value is approximately $20 (poster & t-shirt), as the value for all prizes for all 10 winners is listed as $200.


There should still be 1 spot left for the contest, so tell your friends -they may have the achievements unlocked already anyway, so all they have to do is claim the prize.

As for the size of the poster - sorry, no measuring tape. But to approximate it, I'm 5' 7 1/2", and the poster comes up to where my non-saggy jeans reside on my hips. Width is about 65-70% of that. Sorry I can't get any more specific than that. :p

Yeah, Brian. The Lucent/Nubbin duo is an amazing site to behold...when we're doing good. :p

Anyway, I've known about those prizes given to the site creators and I was attempting to win that but all I could use were those crap freewebs and all that. Couldn't have even won that Zune. But don't feel bad, Nubbin. I have a 20 inch flat-screen SDTV, too. We're in the same boat as far as that's concerned. I wish my TV supported component at least, but it doesn't. When I get a job, I'm gonna put some money aside after every paycheck if I can and save up for an awesome TV so that I can play games like Lost Planet and Dead Rising the way they were meant to be played. :cool:

I'll definantly be on tonight. It'd be awesome if Brian could make it, but I understand he's got things to do and we all appreciate it of course. Except for him watching 24 or whatever he was talking about. WHY DO YOU WATCH TV SERIES?! lol j/k. :D  I've never watched it so I can't judge it.

BTW, I just now printed off the two sheets of the affidavit or w/e at the library so I'm gonna fill that out and fax it today. I'll check on here later to see if you got it. I'll tell ya when I've sent it first, though.

And chaser74, what are you doing? You should've played it on easy first if you were going to try to win the contest quickly. Are fighting the really big tank-mech with the three smaller ones? That fight isn't too hard. Just try to fire rockets right into the front when they're in spider-form. Easiest way to take them down. In easy, I had several Hardballers to use I think. I don't know if they change the VS count in the other difficulties or not, but if you're on Normal, I wouldn't expect it to be that much harder. I bet you can do it though. Hopefully you figure it out and fly through the rest of the campaign and send Brian a message before the matches tonight. :cool:
