right now its not really open recruiting. Its more on a referal basis.
Referals are then invited to games for next 2 weeks or so, to see if they get along with the team.. they are then voted in, for a trial period. If they fail to show up for matches, act disrespectful to other clans, etc etc.. they get the boot.

Im gonna close off recruitment for LP for now. we currently have 13 members. I would like to see how often players are available first before taking on new members. Otherwise we run into issues on whos going to play, whos going to sit out.
