How do I get it? I have a coupon code that says I need to punch it in 'somewhere' to download the bonus map. But, where is 'somewhere'?

Not until about six months from now, no. The CE map is expressly for those who purchased the collector's edition until then.

That map is hot. I like it.
A few maps I dont like though, but I dont mind playing them.
