Hello all, sorry for my noobness but I can't start LP2, it crashes right after launch and it says missing xlive.dll. I have downloaded other version of the dll file and when I replace the file it gives me Errorcode:80070002. I have installed latest version of directX, latest nvidia drivers (I have 8800GTS), latest microsoft games for windows marketplace (it seems I can't start windows live for no apparent reason) and it still doesen't work. If someone can help me.... (sorry if my english is bad, I'm from Romania).

I can only see games for windows market place, I can't see how to start lost planet 2 from there....

I just figurate that you should be able to play it even in Romania. You won`t be able to join multiplayer games, but you can play campaign and for sure launch the game. Just work on your GFWLive files. And search the forum. I think somebody had this problem already and solved it downloading Games for Windows Live from web.
The thing is that I have downloaded games for windows live but when I connect, it connects me to marketplace so that didn't solve my problem....

Start the game. GFWLive will start automatically, then log in. Of course the disc you have is new , bought in the shop, right ?
No, I've download the skidrow version of the game. When I start the game nothing happens it just says initrpl failed Errorcode:80070002,this is the case when I leave the games for windows marketplace xlive.dll and if I download the xlive.dll geekmontag version it says "lost planet 2\xlive.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error". So I don't know what else to do with the game....

I just want to make the game work, a lot of people who downloaded the skidrow version made it work. If you want to diss me for downloading a cracked version of the game just skip it and mind your own business...

So I have finnaly made the game start by installing an older version of windows live. The only thing is that it is crashing right after start-up. I see capcom, nvidia blah blah, I see the menu and after 10 seconds or so it crashes.... is this related to xlive.dll also ? I have the latest drivers installed.

I just deleted all my posts in this thread. Hope somebody will close it. Sorin, you must be crazy coming here and asking for help with pirated game. Nobody here supports pirates. Go buy original game !!!
