This skin is also in the loading screen when you move with your controller, but I swear, one time I did a 5-3 match with someone who was wearing this skin. I have unlocked all skins, but cant seem to find it. Also what is the grenade/weapon that sounds like a saw buzzing, and then the shot explodes?

You probably was playing with someone who was wearing the black/yellow outfit for the Vagabundos. It could easily be mistaken for that loading screen suit. And the grenade you heard is probably the Shuriken.

The outfit you saw was the crimson snow pirate in all black covered with yellow question marks. I have no idea how to obtain this. I heard it was a slot machine code given out in Japan. I also would like to know how to unlock this. The grenade/weapon you heard/saw was the hand cannon. It'll hit its target, stick for about four seconds while spinning the entire time, and then explode.

If it was a Black and Yellow Crimson Snow Pirate with a ? on it, then you are missing the Monster Hunter Skin, those skins are for replacing "unknown data"

Nope. In this case, that would mean that people with the Wesker outfit would show up as the loading screen pirate as well. I have everything unlocked except Wesker and I still see the loading screen pirate in ranked matches all the time, but only played by Japanese users.

This is for ps3 only I think, for the people without the monster hunter stuff. Nothing like this on xbox, but they should definitely have this skin as free dlc for both consoles. :D

So was the Monster Hunter skin released in Japan a week before it was released in the US? Cuz I got it when it first hit the stores.
