You probably can import a save file. Though sadly in the terms of your Lost planet 1 save. Those saves are locked. You could only get them by doing a back up and restoring, or doing a system transfer.

So for Frank West, how do you unlock him fully? Right now I only have the Teddy Bear T-ENG Tank thing for him, but nothing else.
