There is a screen you have to look for. People were having trouble finding Wesker skin and it's just at the bottom of a list on one of the lists in customization. So maybe you have them unlocked, but they are hiding on a list somewhere.
How about the Gears of War characters? Are they unlocked right away?

Yeah... I know... I read your post... you said "I am guessing" and that you have a PS3. I want to know from someone that has a 360 that does know. Not a guess.

Putting a voting system in Ranked was the best idea Capcom could ever come up with for online matchmaking. If you were truly "skilled" at LP, then it shouldn't be a problem that you can't set up the match to give you an advantage.

I went multiplayer for the first time and OMG the Germans and the French are pwning that place. There are already guys of lv 32 Luckily my plasma cannon evens the huge gap for most of the time. Faction battles are pretty deserted only 24 people this week that played one wtf. PS: If someone wants to know about the different weapons I uncover with the demonic slot machine, just say the word and I'll post the info about my new weapons (as soon as I receive any)

How is the Plasma Cannon? What's its damage, blast radius, recharge rate etc.?

It's a beast, it hits, it kills. Recharge rate is pretty fast, at least faster than reload of rocket launcher. Dunno about radius though, I only used on guy at a time, it looks the same as the one from the rocket launcher or not at all. The plasma 'bullet/rocket/whatever' is actually quite big in size so it's also possible that only the dudes getting hit by the projctile itself get killed and all those in the apparent blast radius get blown back. I haven't tried it on a VS though but I'm guessing it'll be very effective.

Machinegun SP, Plasma Grenade II, Dummy Grenade III, Rifle II, Rocket Launcher II, Plasma Cannon. Wow I didn't even realise I already have that many
