My biggest complaint in the multiplayer demo is the almost complete immobilizing of players being shot by firearms. The only way to try evading while being shot by firearms, to be able to shoot players in return, is to walk, crouch, or roll away. Most of the time this is very ineffective, and produces random burts of fire and ultimately less fun in the gameplay. You almost always need to have the first shot to win a battle. I do not understand this gameplay decision. It will cause unwanted gameplay behavior. With so much customization for matches, please give us the ability to turn off the stunning effect as well give us health options such as regenerating health and the amount of health given to players. What do you think?

You must be talking about the whole machine gun's stun effect right? Well thats when you roll out the way and hit em with the shotty.

I personaly believe the fact that it stuns you when you get shot is not only useful but realistic. I was shot by a Kolishnikov rifle in the southern tribal region of Afghanistan and it stunned the shi* out of me. It's not like the movies where you get shot and keep moving like your fine. In fact the guys in the game take bullets pretty well. I think they transfered this over to the game very well. Try slowing down your movements and use bushes and wall hugging for cover to get the jump on an enemy and if that doesn't work for you stick to team games and use comunication and roll the enemy into a flank.

*sigh* The machinegun's stun is A GOOD THING. It allows players who have just spawned to stop players with strong single shot weapons from oppresing them. When you deal with stun you have to use all the movements at your disposal (crouch, roll, jump, even sprint at times) learn to counter stun and use it to your advantage. I though that whom ever got the first shot won before too. But it's not so. You can win.

Stun is just too exageratted... the worst happened yesterday during one of my games.... I managed to get a Shotgun, I was in close range to my opponent, I thougth easy kill... he started shooting me with the machine gun, I was not able to shot a single time because of the stun effect, its just stupid!!! I agree that its to get realistic in the game but if you want realism then you will die with 1 single shot from any weapon

I agree, they need to tone it down like still alowing you to fire just slow down your speed and reaction time insted of being frozen.

It doesn't make any sense if the stunning effect is intended to make the game realistic sense players take so many shots to die and have so much health. Also, it's not that easy to evade shots from a machine gun and such if you are playing with good players who can aim and shoot continuously. By the way, all firearms stun or immobilize players in the game. All I am asking is for options and variety which will make the game much more enjoyable and sell more!

Your not frozen, and the stun should not be reduced. The stun is not about realizm it's about balancing the game. If it annoys you change your battle style, change your strategy, or just change where ever the heck you are. You get a good weapon that can keep others at bay when you spawn, and so does everyone else. If all else fails you can avoid machinegun fights. Most weapons can out gun the machinegun at father ranges. Even the revolver. EDIT: I know that all weapons have stun. And of course it's not easy. Just keep persisting at it. Even if you can't get out, (say your in the open) keep trying to fire your weapon.

I do see a problem in this, if you get stunned you can pretty much say good-bye. Maybe reduce the damage while stunned to give you one last fighting chance?
