A demo that gives us an unlockable in the full retail?? I'm liking this. Now I want to see Capcom and other developers start giving us unlockables for sequels when we have a save file from the first game(s). Have a Lost Planet save file? Get a special mech. But that's for the future. Capcom takes care of its fans these days and we appreciate it. Super hyped for LP2.

That would be the Lost Planet 2 Co-op demo. You should be able to get it off the PSN store. It is part of the campaign and is not to be confused with the Versus demo that is being talked about here, which is not the campaign but fighting with/against each other in various modes. Hope that clears any confusion you may have had. If you haven't played that demo, you should. It's pretty awesome. =)
