So, no love for 360 owners yet, it appears....
I really hope this demo is just a temporary exclusive, otherwise I'll be disappointed. :/
Extreme Condition had both multiplayer and single player demos on the 360, so I'm gonna be optimistic and believe it's just a matter of time before they announce this demo for Xbox Live's Marketplace.... hopefully sooner than later.
PS3 never got the LP:EC campaign demo that 360 got though. . .
And actually, this demo hasn't even been announced for PSN yet. This is one of those old school game discs with a bunch of demos on them.
Thats true but thats only because 360 development kits were available before PS3 development kits. Remember that the PS3 came out Nov 06, LP came out Jan 07. Me personally, I thing LP was a game that they made just to test the Next Gen waters and they ended up w/ a hit.

That reminds me of when I first heard about Lost planet 1. I was reading Xbox Magazine, and saw a little article about some of the first few games being released for the next-gen console Xbox360. I was like, "Woah this looks amazing!" But I had a PS2 back then, and the only game I played on my Xbox 1 was Jet Set Radio Future. So I figured that Xbox360 was going to suck. So I put the whole ordeal of me ever getting Lost Planet in the back of my head. Well Christmas after the release of the game I got a 360, and Lost Planet was the 4th game I bought, after Kameo and The Outfit.

Did anyone notice the "weather variation" option in the customization screen? I sure did...
Yes but I noticed much better things aswell such as turning on and off abilities, vs, a viewing mode, respawns and selecting the starting set of weapons and grenades. Also it looks like you can save your own set of rules, you start with less grenades, and there are less power weapons on the map. All good.

:-D I'm at work now (3rd shift is killing a brother), but I just check OXM's website and it does show a LP2 demo on the disc for March 2010. Now, the pic they show is from the co-op but it has me wondering if the demo could really be for the MP. I'm going to B&N when I get off and will let you guys know what I find out. **EDIT** Now just looking a the link i was looking at has me suspicious because some of the other games on there are games already out.

Definitely the same thing I was thinking. Just putting online would be some much easier for us, but only Capcom knows why they havent done so yet. Maybe an issue w/ bandwith on PS3's end or something, idk. Regardless, I'll let you guys know something in the morning if I can get a hands on a copy of this month's OXM.

**UPDATE** Ok, so as of 10:58 EST, I've been to about 10 stores and cannot find the March issue of OXM. I did purchase the April issue and can confirm the demo is not on that disc. I will call around to see if hopefully someone has an old issue left.
