I really need to hurry up and finish the first game. I played part way through a couple months after it came out on PS3. So far though this game is looking awesome, and I can't wait to play the demo when it comes out!

Good, now the PS3 people can stop going on about not having the demo. Though I don't think I would have minded waiting a bit more for the xbox demo if it meant it also had the extra stages in it.

Personally i would have been happy to wait an extra month rather than have a shorter demo of an older build.
I agree entirely, however I should say I don't exactly feel slighted in any way, and I'm actually quite happy for PS3 owners because I know they've been itching for a taste of the glorious LP2 action. If they follow their LP marketing strategy we may even see a versus demo, so who knows - all I know is LP2 cannot come soon enough!  Great job keeping your fanbases happy, Capcom!

You woulden't want twice as many glitches in the Multiplayer as there was in the co-op demo do you?
It helps so that we can inform capcom of any network problems in the other half of the game, instead of releasing it, and adding a patch in a week later. It's just a lot of work making an entirely new demo while they are still showing off the co-op demo to all of the major gaming conventions at the same time.

I think it's uncalled for, considering that the disappointment on the PS3-owning end was quite justified. This time, though, it looks like Capcom's going to deliver and then some for the wait. If you don't think there was any fighting on this subject during the summer, though, you may have missed a lot of locked threads and deleted posts.
