wow, after watching it all, im really impressed, but there are a few things...

1. the scene where the pirate leader is watching on as his minions do all kinds of emotes is not good, in my opinion. I know that scene can be used for voice acting, but honestly, i think it goes on for far too long (its already an 8 min vid) and it looks very sloppy with the emotes everywhere. The scene where he points them away and they run off is perfect, and (IMO) should replace the emote scene entirely.

2. The ending seems out of context (the very end i mean with the team in the field), i guess i just saw it as random. I think it would have made more sense to have the team celebrating in the base after the kill, and simply end the film then.

3. The music was fantastic, but I don't think it worked well with this particular event, but again, thats just personal opinion.

Hope you don't mind me giving some criticism coz i really did smile through the whole thing, it was awesome to watch. And you're getting better at editing too! it needs work in some small occurences, but i noticed the improvement in editing quality from episodes 1&2 to this.

Wow, that battle scene was awesome, but I agree with Paragon, the speech part needs some work.
