Additional Playable Characters
Joe: To unlock Joe, just finish a mission, any mission.
Frank: To unlock Frank, become a moth hunter.
Mega Man: Unlock Mega Man by acquiring 2 or more target marks.
These conditions can be satisfied in either single or multiplayer mode.

In single player mode, these characters can only be selected during the mission selection by selecting a mission while holding down X and/or Y buttons.

Hold down X to select Joe.
Hold down Y to select Frank.
Hold down XY to select Mega Man.

Note that if you go back to the mission selection screen, your character selection will be reset back to default.

In multiplayer mode, the characters should be available for selection on the character selection screen once you have unlocked them. Note that unlock the regular roster of characters, you can not change their textures.

Character Special Abilities
Joe
Movement Speed: 90% of Wayne
Life: 1500. A little more resistant to damage than Wayne.
Special: By holding down the R bumper, you can slow the game using VFX mode, a la Viewtiful Joe.

Frank
Movement Speed: 80% of Wayne
Life: 2000. Better resistant to damage.
Special: Frank come equipped with a Flame Thrower (Instead of a machine gun), a short-range/high damage weapon.

Mega Man
Movement Speed: Normal
Life: Normal. If his life drops below a certain level, part of his body becomes visibly damaged (His appearance changes).
Special: Mega Man does not require Thermal Energy to live, and even when his T-Energy falls to 0, Mega Man does not automatically begin to lose life. Mega Man comes equipped with an Energy Gun with infinite ammo, however it does require T-Energy to fire. You will not be able to fire the Energy Gun without T-Energy! Mega Man will not be able to pick up new weapons or grenades.

Note: All specials abilities are disabled during Multiplayer mode, making all characters equal, despite their appearances. All special abilities are only in effect/be used during the single player campaign.

Cinamatic Mode
To unlock the cinamatic mode, allowing you to watch all the movies at anytime, just complete the game in either Easy or Normal modes. To active it, select "New Game" in the single player mode selection and hold down the Y button while answering the questions (Do you want erase your old campaign, etc.). Then the movies will begin.

RE4 Camera View
To activate the RE4 camera view, hold down the Cround key (Ctrl by default) and press the Left Arrow key. To turn it off, do the same thing again. This mode does not need to be unlocked.

Wide View
To activate the Wide View, hold the Reload key (R by default) and press the Left Arrow key. To turn it off, do the same thing again. This mode does not need to be unlocked.

On the keyboard, for me at least when selecting a mission it's:

Hold down Z for Joe
Hold down X for Frank

I held the button all the way until I was ingame although not sure if that is really necessary, oh and I assume although I forgot to try,

Hold down ZX for Mega Man

And it is hold down V for Joe's VFX slow time mode which looks like fun :)

These new features are great, thanks Capcom

Originally it didn't work for me until I'd unlocked all 3 characters...I think, unless I was pressing the wrong buttons before lol  Anyway I went and hunted the big moth last night and now the character select works for me.

Tried Mega Man and he worked too, although his gun model wasn't showing
