Alright, here I go... I was bored at work, so I started playing around with the clue "Hint Unset Eve". Pucky142 came up with the idea for a word scramble. I blew it off at first, but then it hit me. On that new site that popped up ( http://www.antarcticresearch.net/research.html), I noticed that Venus was mentioned quite alot. I also realized that all the letters of Venus are in the clue. After removing them, I was left with HITPTEE. I then used Zach's Word Unscramber ( http://zbreiten.netfirms.com/UnscramblerForm.html) to come up with Epithet. Dictionary.com states that the definition is "A term used as a descriptive substitute for the name or title of a person, such as The Great Emancipator for Abraham Lincoln."That means that unscrambled word is "Venus Epithet" or "Epithet Venus". The ATRP website said they had named the biostation "Cloacina Station (literally "Venus, the Purifier", one of the many Roman epithets used to describe the goddess Venus). After some looking up, I did find that Cloacina is a epithet of Venus.( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venus_(mythology)) Connection? I think so. Also, the Tourbit site now has an animation in the Beyond Tomorrow box. I thought it looked like Braille scrolling across, and I was right. It is translated into "KEEP WATCHING... IT'S COMING!!!" When or what is still a mystery, but a clue nonetheless. If anybody knows where to go from this, let me know. I'm stuck (or just really tired). Phew! This is what you call quality time at work!

Wow I wish all this was more known past our little niche here in LPC. There needs to be some news post on a gaming website so the masses can see the work that's leading up to this game.

We really want this to be an organic thing. We're doing this stuff solely for the fans. Mind you, if the fans want to shine more of a spotlight on these puzzles, so much the better from our perspective. We've done what we think is some really cool stuff here (we have a few creative guys internally who've thought up and implimented this whole thing) and I will tell you, there's a LOT more to discover down this rabbit hole.

first trailer, "Awakening", "111" just as the lost planet logo comes on at the end...January 11th release maybe?
second trailer, "cold reality". "neovenusconstruction", hint to the site mentioned? (btw, that girl has way too much cleavage for that weather, I don't think anyone would have anything against seeing here with a suit covering her all the way, like she appears outside at the end of that trailer :rolleyes: atleast you have them changing clothes though, that's a refreshign detail LOL)
third trailer, "secrets to keep", "nevec" on the back of the soldier suits, and everyone seems comfortable with them being there...Yuri's explaination explains the Nevec company, and that last bit of text, "Hint Upset Eve"...I like Argodaemon explaination

Another thought. Venus Cloacina is known as the God of the sewer systems in Rome (thats where Purifier comes from). If you noticed, James Sawyer "monitors everything from temperature, humidity and oxygen on through to whether or not the waste systems and general infrastructure function at full capacity."
Coincidence? Maybe, but I thought it strange to be mentioned...
