Is the Steam server busy because of patch or what cause I just purchased the game and can't play at all.

Yeah it is "Steam" but the reason i can't get in is that i have a version 2 pixel shader and i need v3.0 does anyone know where i can download one or do i need to insert a graphics card???  :confused:

ive just bought LP and i just got a new laptop for bout £800.00.

i have cod4 and it runs like a dream, but i try and run lp through steam and i find that the message that come up when it automatically does the update is that

"steam has found a problem with your local games file. game files will now be re-acquired through steam servers"

im so amazingly aggravated and just wanna play, LP should have been done as a stand alone =[

any help is really needed

make a new thread for this please. this isn't the right place to post for help. but just reinstall the game and it should fix your problem. and what are your specs? most laptops don't run this game very well.
