Hey guys somone help me. When I go to play the Single Player Campain it loads and then says now loading but then it just stops and a little message comes up with the words Fatal Error, Err09 Unsupported Function...
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Mate, All you need to do is create a shortcut to yourdesktop of what ever DX version you are trying to run, and simply click on the "compatibility" tab and Run in 640x480 screen res.. You know the icon that says? Lost Planet Extrene Condition?
right click it
go to properties
then that will pop up with three tabs click on compatability
In there you will see what he is talking about just check the box that you want to use.

it came up with the little ping and then the message still...
nothing works...

So I went to the desktop shortcut I right clicked on it went to properties and I clicked Compatability. Then i went to the 640 480 or whichever screen res he said I clicked that hit apply then ok. I launched game in DX9 and it didnt do anything still comes up with the message

It seems like the game is pretty picky about its video cards. I had the game freeze today, graphic lockup.
I wonder if a GeForce MX440 would run it? :D

Here is the config.ini file I change everything to the lowest settings and it's running in 800x600 give this one a try C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name Here\Local Settings\Application Data\capcom\lostplanet http://members.shaw.ca/azteccomputers/l … config.ini

Can we use that file for joystick editting? Why are all my LP files in the rotten Steam folder anyway?

Don't use joystick but you could give it a try.. just save the defualt file before you play around with it ;)
