As the title indicates, first I'll post my specs,

Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit
Intel C2D E6700
2x8800GTX in sli mode running latest drivers
evga 680i mobo
4gb ocz sli ram
2xhdd 120gb & 500gb
32" Samsung LCD TV max res 1366x768



I managed to get the game working on the day of install, then got this user authentication error, tried again today and got the black screen, could hear the music and when I moved the mouse could hear the bleeps on the menu screen.

I deleted and reinstalled the game, still get the black screen.

I have tried the .cfg file posted by firexpcpro and still get the black screen.

Please can anybody help or failing that can someone from capcom tell me where I can get a refund in the UK.
