Hey guys I get this Fatal Error: Err09 Unsupported Function whenever I try to start a new game on the campain. I bought this game for the campain and every time i try it happens. I dont know how to fix it.

Is it just my computer? Or did I instal somthing wrong?

Have you been able to play not including the demo?  If not even if so list off what your running for a computer.

Ok how about trying to manually lower your resolution in the config file

this is the location all you have to do is change the user name to yours

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name Goes Here\Local Settings\Application Data\capcom\lostplanet

in there is a config file open it with nopepad

and change the resolution to say 1024x768
save it and then try and restart lost planet. Tell me if that works use private message gets my attention quicker

I tried what you said. Changing resolution didnt do a thing sadly... well it did make my mouse move slower then a turtle but whatever.

Im trying to reload the entire game and maybe it will help but other then that im gonna have to go return game and just get a different one or somthing.

I could use a couple more specifics on the whole thing. Not a top notch computer wiz but i can find my way through stuff.
