I have a 7800gs GS+ (7900GT GPU): if i set HDR on HIGH i can't activate AA in the menu: is that for the well-known hw limit of the 6x00/7x00 vga series that can not activate AA with HDR FP16 (like in Oblivion, Far Cry, SCDA, CoJ & co.)? People with ATI X1xx0 can do this, so i think i'm right.
Another question: why i have only HIGH/LOW options for HDR settings, and people with X1xx0 or nVidia 8x00 have HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW?

You can't enable AA and HDR on Shader Model 3.0 (pretty much all games that have HDR, HL2 is the exception) on cards that don't support it. The only series that supports it from nvidia is the 8000 series. ATI I don't remember the specific models offhand but it's only the newer offerings.

As for missing the medium option? Not sure. Could be a bug, could be a technical limitation.

I know these things, thans for yuor confirmation
ATI supports AA+HDR with the X1800/X16x0/X19x0/HD2900 series, nVidia with the 8x00 series
